The Community Action Board consists of 15 members. Five members are elected public officials or their appointees; Five members are representatives of business, industry, religion, education or other major groups or interests; and five members are democratically selected by the board to assure that they are representatives of the poor in the areas served.

Board Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the basement conference room at the Department of Community Services, 810 Datura St., West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The meetings are open to the public.
