Purpose: Provides meals and snacks to low-income school-age children during the summer months (June-August). Human Services administers and monitors this program, funded by USDA and the Department of Education. Sites are located throughout Palm Beach County in low-income neighborhoods.
Civil Rights Requirement: meals are served to all eligible children, regardless of their race, color, national origin, sex or disability.
Eligibility: Children age 18 and under may receive meals through the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).
