Operation: Military Kids

Operation: Military Kids teams up with the American Legion Auxiliary essay contest
Attention students in grades 10, 11, or 12!  Enter the American Legion Auxiliary essay writing contest “Standing on the Shoulders of Giants:  How American Veterans Have Shaped the World,” sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary, Freedoms Foundation and Operation:  Military Kids. Win an all expense paid trip with students from across the USA to the Auxiliary’s Americanism Youth Conference March 5 –9, 2009 in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.  Military youth are encouraged to participate, but this contest is open to all students who meet the requirements.
