Mission
The primary responsibility of the Palm Beach County Economic Development Office is to implement, manage and monitor the Economic Development Program of the Board of County Commissioners. EDO responds to the Board's direction or changing priorities on various economic development initiatives. EDO provides coordination on economic issues, programs and projects affecting the entire County. It also facilitates requests for technical support and funding assistance by County departments and agencies, not-for-profit entities, municipalities, the business community and the public. EDO reports directly to County Administration.
