EDO Program Coordination

 

Program Coordination & Referrals
EDO coordinates with different local, state and federal agencies to seek grants and tax incentives for business development or expansion. Entities include but are not limited to: Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, Inc., Community Redevelopment Agencies, Enterprise Florida, Inc., Office of Tourism, Trade & Economic Development (State), Small Business Administration (USDC), Rural Development (USDA), and Economic Development Administration (Federal).

Florida Programs Coordination. The Palm Beach County Economic Development Office (EDO) will assist a business with the below identified economic development programs of the State of Florida. The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, Inc. will help companies with the Qualified Target Industry Tax Refund Program. In addition, the EDO and the applicable municipalities coordinate assisting businesses with the other programs identified below. Various Florida agencies and resources exist to assist with business development and/or bio-research projects in Palm Beach County.
