Palm Beach County Revolving Energy Fund Loan Program
Now Accepting Applications

The Economic Development Office is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for our Revolving Energy Fund Loan Program. The Program will offer low interest, fixed rate, long term loans for local businesses to reduce the cost of doing business by implementing energy saving building retrofits and/or renewable energy projects. Florida Enterprise Zone Program

 

Existing Zones. The following two areas in Palm Beach County are designated an Urban Enterprise Zone under the Florida Enterprise Zone (FEZ) Program. A business that is located in a zone may be eligible for certain tax incentives.

          (1)  PALM BEACH COUNTY; consists of portions of the municipalities of: Riviera Beach, West Palm Beach, Belle Glade, South Bay and an unincorporated area in the vicinity of Belle Glade [The City of Belle Glade's enterprise zone is also a brownfields area which offers a job bonus tax refund]

          (2)  CITY OF PAHOKEE
