- Annually conducted over 3,000 compliance inspections of pollutant storage tank facilities and facilities handling hazardous materials in wellfield protection zones. The inspection program drastically reduced the number of facilities in violation of state and county environmental regulation.
- Applied for and received the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
- Began a contract with the Northern Palm Beach County Improvement District to provide ambient water quality monitoring for the NPDES program
