QA's function is to help ensure that the software applications developed by ISS meet and exceed the quality expectations of its customers. This is accomplished by:

• Direct involvement throughout the life cycle of application development;
• Participation in the definition of the functional specification and data model;
• Development of the Graphical User Interface (GUI) specification and System manual;
• Training of the end users along with generating the training materials; and
• Testing of the application during all phases of development content
