Commissioner Karen Marcus Celebrates Palm Tran “Going Green”

Commissioner Karen Marcus was among the elected officials who attended Palm Tran’s “Going Green” event on Monday, March 31. The event, held at Palm Tran’s main operations center, celebrated the County’s recent conversion to biodiesel fuel and nitrogen-filled tires.
Governor Charlie Crist, U.S. Representatives Ron Klein and Tim Mahoney and County Commissioners Robert Kanjian and Burt Aaronson also attended the event.
