2010 National Environmental Excellence Award

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Aug. 17, 2010, the Solid Waste Authority made a presentation regarding the receipt of the 2010 National Environmental Excellence Award from the National Association of Environmental Professionals for the environmental management and beneficial re-use of the former Cross State Landfill which is now home to the Herman W.
