At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Oct. 7, 2008, Commissioner Mary McCarty (center) presented a proclamation to Rose Lee Archer (left) and Pat Archer (right) declaring October 2008 as “Disability Mentoring Month in Honor of National Disability Awareness Month” in Palm Beach County.
