Local Employers Honored for Hiring People with Disabilities

Commissioner Abrams joined other officials in honoring local employers for their ongoing commitment to hiring and training people with disabilities.  The event was sponsored by Florida Department of Education’s Vocational Rehabilitation division commemorating “Disability Employment Awareness Month.”

Some of the local businesses honored were: Palm Beach Kennel Club, City of Riviera Beach, A.R.E. Utility Construction, Canada House Beach Club and Publix Super Markets, Inc.
