- The County Thrift Store is a retail business organized for the disposal of surplus government property. The Store disposes of unneeded tangible assets for eleven agencies in addition to the County.
- Impact Fee Office administers the county's program of development impact fees relating to schools, roads, parks, law enforcement, libraries, public buildings, and fire-rescue.
- Revenue Collection Section is responsible for the recovery of funds due the County as a result of administrative fines or court costs and judgments.
