The Property Appraiser's Office is pleased to provide you with this Certificate of Trust form. Some property owners choose to transfer their home into a Trust for estate planning purposes. The certificate ensures the property owner continues to receive the annual $25,000 Homestead Exemption benefit. It is not necessary to reapply for the original Homestead Exemption benefit.

Please mail the completed and notarized certificate to the Property Appraiser's Office, Exemption Services, 1st Floor, 301 N. Olive Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
