WATER SAFETY is a PHONE CALL AWAY

Recreational swimming, use of watercrafts, scuba diving, and snorkeling are just some of the aquatic pastimes Floridians can enjoy year-round. This enjoyment, however, can quickly turn to tragedy. Drowning's and other water-related tragedies have a lifetime effect on everyone involved, including family, friends, and the community. To make a significant impact, drowning prevention must become a community effort. In Palm Beach County, information and resources are just a phone call away--to the Drowning Prevention Coalition of Palm Beach County. The coalition brings together resources, referral information, and water safety instructions for public access. Please call (561) 616-7068 for more information or to volunteer or visit our web site at pbcgov.com/drowningprevention.
