In the past Palm Beach County, Planning, Zoning and Building Department has provided a no fee service for all Lien/Open Permit searches. In order to keep our fees consistent with other Government agencies, beginning January 2, 2009, there will be a service charge for all requested Lien and/or Open Permit searches. We are offering two options for your convenience.

This option will cost $25.00 for each Lien &/or Open Permit search per PCN/Address. To request an individual request, mail your check made payable to PBCBCC for each Lien &/or Open Permit search per PCN/Address along with the search request. Please forward your payment at your earliest convenience to the address listed below.

This option will cost $2,500.00, per search type, for unlimited requests throughout the calendar year (January – December). To sign up for the Annual Fax Program, mail a check made payable PBCBCC to our office address listed below. Please indicate on the check if this is for Lien or Open Permit searches. If you choose to participate in both programs, a total of $5,000.00 is required.
