The Architecture Review Section
was created in 2001 with adoption of the Architectural
Design Guidelines (ADG). The goal is to encourage quality
development, making Palm Beach County a distinct and
unique place to live, work and visit. The section performs
the following functions:
- Architecture Plans Review
- Architecture Compatibility Review
The Landscape Review Section was
created in May 1986 to oversee the review, implementation
and maintenance of Landscape in Palm Beach County. The
Section performs the following functions:
- Landscape Plan Review
- Landscape Inspection
- Landscape Pre-submittal Consultation
- Landscape Enforcement
The Site Plan Permit Section is
responsible for coordinating the Zoning review
for the building permit process. The Section performs the
following functions:
- Reviews Building Permit requirements for consistency with Zoning department requirements, Site Plans and conditions of approval.
