| Proposed ULDC Amendment for Generators |

On 1/27/05, the BCC directed staff to amend the ULDC to incorporated language requiring Congregate Living Facilities (Type 2 and 3) and PUD recreation/club houses over 2,500 sq/ft to provide emergency electric generator for essential electric systems for 30% of the gross area of the structure. Staff will be preparing the language and reviewing it with Land Development Regulation Board in Spring 2005. |
