The Goals of the Zoning Division are:

To implement zoning regulations which will maintain and encourage sustainable developments and enhance the quality of life for the residents in Palm Beach County; provide exceptional customer service, which includes clear direction, constructive and timely responses to inquires and applications; offer time and cost saving improvements to the various application processes which assist the Division, our customers, and the Public at large; continue to improve and streamline review processes; respond to new industry trends by amending the Unified Land Development Code, continue to update information technology systems that benefit our customers.
