The Zoning Division File Room maintains the following:

• Petition Files
• Site Plan Mylars
• Resolutions
• Hearing Verbatims

All files are available to the public but may only be viewed onsite.  The File Room is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Petitions files may be requested by e-mailing the File Room at:

When requesting a file, please remember to include the following:

• Petiton Number / Control Number
• Project Name
• Section of File Needed
• Your Full Name/Company Name
• Contact Phone Number

Note: Please order Petition Files 72 hours in advance.  The File Room staff will notify you when your file has arrived.
