Expedited title service is available at all permanent Service Centers.

The Constitutional Tax Collector is the agent for the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for titling and registering all motor vehicles.  Regular titles are mailed from Tallahassee within one to two weeks after the transaction is completed in our offices.

Expedited titles are issued the same day for an additional $10.00 fee.  This service is available during regular business hours, 8:15 a.m. through 5 p.m.
