Address Changes

It is very important to make sure that the Property Appraiser’s Office has your correct mailing address on file. The correction or change of address must be made in writing with a signature. The written request must include the Property Control Number (PCN), property owner name, the new address, the date of request, a contact telephone number, and a signature. For your protection only the owner of the property or the authorized staff of a company (authorization letter required) may request a change of address. NO ADDRESS CORRECTION OR CHANGE WILL BE MADE OVER THE PHONE. Address corrections can be done in person or by mail. To download the Property Appraiser’s Office change of address form visit http://www.pbcgov.com/papa/AddressChange.htm.

Note: All properties with Homestead Exemption must show the address of the property. A change of address request will not be processed without a signature of an authorized agent or property owner.
