Tax Deed Applications

Property owners have 2 years to pay all delinquent taxes. Chapter 197.502, Florida Statutes allows the certificate holder to file a Tax Deed Application with the Constitutional Tax Collector’s office. The Tax Deed Application is a legal document that initiates the process of the property to being sold at public auction (Tax Deed Sale) conducted by the Clerk and Comptroller.

For more information on the Tax Deed Sale, contact the Clerk’s Office online or (561) 355-2962.

Important note: The delinquent property owner may retain the property by redeeming the tax deed application any time before the property is sold at public auction (tax deed sale).

Automated Application Filing

The Tax Deed Application process is now automated! You may now go online to see all of your eligible certificates and create your own quotes on the certificates you choose at www.RealTDA.com.

If you need assistance, please call Real TDA customer service at (877) 361-7325.
